A Little About My Experience

I have been learning and working with Blogger for around 4 years. During that time, I have spent a lot of time experimenting with Blogger themes, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blogger's data tags.

Blogger's data tags can be especially confusing when you first start working with them. They are different from ordinary HTML because Blogger uses them to retrieve and display information from your blog, such as posts, labels, comments, authors, dates, and other blog data.

After spending years learning how Blogger's theme system works, I have become closely familiar with many of these data tags and how they can be used when customizing a theme.

You Don't Have to Be an Expert

You do not need to be an experienced web developer to customize your Blogger website. Sometimes, you simply need someone to explain what a particular piece of code does or point you toward the right place to make a change.

For example, if you have found a piece of HTML online and are unsure where to add it to your Blogger theme, I can help explain where it belongs and what you should look out for. If a piece of code is already in your theme but is not working correctly, we can also look at the surrounding code to understand what might be causing the problem.

My goal is not simply to give you a piece of code and leave you wondering what it does. I believe it is more useful to understand why something works, especially if you want to continue customizing your website in the future.
