What is a CSS Minifier Tool?
A CSS Minifier Tool compresses your stylesheet by removing unnecessary spaces and characters, helping make your CSS more compact and efficient.
CSS Minifier
You can choose how you want your CSS to be compressed. Available options may include:
- Remove all comments — Removes comments such as
/* CSS for Homepage */. - Super compact — Removes unnecessary spaces and formats the CSS into a highly compact form.
- Keep indentation — Preserves the indentation and readability of your CSS.
- Remove the last semicolon — Removes the final semicolon (
;) where it is not required.
How Does It Work?
Simply toggle any checkbox to apply an option. The output will update immediately, allowing you to see the changes in real time.
You can also combine multiple options, such as Super Compact + Remove Comments, to customize the minified output.
Auto-Detect Invalid CSS
The tool can display a warning message and disable the Copy button when invalid CSS is detected.
It can check for common issues, including:
- Unbalanced
{},(), or[] - Broken declarations caused by missing
:or; - Common CSS syntax mistakes
Important: This validator is lightweight and is not a full CSS parser. It is designed to catch common syntax problems, such as broken {} structures and other basic CSS errors.
